LAND ACQUISITION SUPERVISOR

 
This position will supervise the acquisitions of all the land requirements of the Tampakan Copper-Gold project. This is a project employment role based in Tampakan, South Cotabato.
Specific Personal Accountabilities:
 
1.Sustainable Development Standards – Ensure effective implementation of the project’s sustainable development standards and systems within own area of responsibility to positively contribute to nurturing the organization’s culture on sustainable development.
 
2.Land Acquisition – Supervised the Land and Asset Compensation program to secure land access to the project area for mining operations, infrastructure, and resettlements.
 
3.Compliance - Ensure that Land and Asset Compensation program are within the FPIC MOA within the IP’s.
 
4.Cost Management and Accountability - Ensure prudent and judicious use of company resources without compromising the delivery of quality products and output in the most effective and efficient use.
 
5.Internal Legal Support – Provide Internal Legal Support services base on the mandate of Legal and Compliance Department.
 
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
 
•Graduate of any social sciences courses preferably with Law Background.
•At least 5 years supervisory experience.
•Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skill.
•Experience working with Indigenous Peoples especially the Blaan Tribe.
•Proven experience in managing land acquisition projects, negotiations, and contracts.
•Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, including landowners, local government agencies, community leaders, and other interest groups.
•Experience in community outreach and organizing efforts to foster positive relationships with local communities affected by land acquisition projects.
•Able to walk for long hours in rugged terrain.
•In-depth knowledge of Land Acquisition.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and share point applications.
