Based in Tampakan, South Cotabato, the Administrative Assistant shall assist the Community Relations Team in the execution of its plans, projects, and other activities and in general office management.
Sustainable Development Practices – Ensure effective use of the Project’s safety and environmental-friendly standards and systems within own area of responsibility to positively contribute in nurturing the organization’s sustainable development culture.
Administrative Support – Perform administrative tasks, including logistical support to team members during stakeholder engagement events, community planning and documentation for SDMP, and implementation of the FPIC MOA deliverables.
Team membership –contribute to the team to effectively and efficiently deliver logistical and other administrative related tasks leading to performance driven team
Compliance – Ensure that all stakeholder engagements have efficient controls and tracking in place to facilitate compliance with relevant internal, regulatory and legislative instrument.
Documentation – ensure filing and safe keeping of documentations as outcomes and impacts of the engagement and partnership in community development program and ensure recording and tracking of incoming and outgoing communications and other correspondences to and from internal and external stakeholders.
