This role is tasked to assist the Operations Section of the Corporate Security Department in continually reviewing the performance of security contractors, undertaking investigations, intelligence gathering, liaising with the military sectors, conducting audits, delivering training to enhance security awareness, and ensuring that all staff and security contractors’ promote best practices across all areas of the operation .
Key responsibilities:
1.   Sustainable Development Practices – Adherence to the company HSECS policies, procedures, and standards.
2.   Compliance and Training – Manage compliance strategies, to ensure that the company’s Security Standards, Policies and Procedures are cascaded and properly applied by the staff and contractors.
3.   Reports and Compliance – Regular and timely submission of required reports to include implementation and monitoring of milestones and KPI’s.
Key requirements:
  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • Licensed Security Officer (SO)
  • Three (3) years of experience in security operations in supervision capacity
  • Military/police experience preferred
  • Certification from any security- related organizations (e.g. Certified Security Professional (CSP), etc.
  • Proficient in operating MS Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly English
