Sagittarius Mines, Inc. is a compliant and law-abiding corporate citizen committed to responsible mining. At the moment, SMI has not begun commercial operations yet. Data on the status of its operations are submitted to the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, as required by law.
Statements suggesting that SMI presently exports copper and enjoys enormous profits are false, misleading and irresponsible.
Malicious comments published or posted online that accuse SMI as guilty of illegal or unauthorized acts are defamatory and punishable by law. They tarnish the reputation of SMI and cause distress to the members of the organization.
For the information of the public, SMI will avail of all available legal remedies to protect its rights and reputation. This statement is published to caution the public from further publishing or posting misinformation, disinformation, manipulated narrative or facts, or unverified statements about SMI.
