The position provides database technical and administrative support to Community Relations programs, stakeholder and beneficiaries engagement, field documentation, and coordination with affected communities, local government units, and internal
project teams.
The role is critical in maintaining accurate stakeholder databases and records, supporting field validation activities, organizing community profiles and technical documentation, and ensuring timely preparation of analytical reports required for project implementation, monitoring, and compliance.
This is a project employment based in Tampakan, South Cotabato.
Key responsibilities:
Database, Records, and Documentation Support
- Maintain, organize, validate, and update stakeholder databases, community profiles, technical records, field reports, maps, inventories, claims, agreements, and other Community Relations documents required for resettlement planning,
implementation, monitoring, and compliance reporting. Field Validation and Stakeholder Coordination - Support field validation activities and coordinate with project beneficiaries,
project-affected persons, DHNCs, local government units, landowners, affected communities, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely response to stakeholder concerns.
Community Consultation and Technical Assessment Support
- Coordinate field schedules, community consultations, inspections, and technical assessments, and assist in preparing estimates, basic site information, and supporting documents needed for project requirements.
Reporting, Monitoring, and Compliance
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain analytical reports, field documentation, and compliance records to support Community Relations program monitoring, project implementation, and timely project delivery.
Technical Services and Administrative Coordination
- Provide technical services and administrative coordination support that help ensure effective Community Relations operations, proper records management, and smooth collaboration across field and office-based teams.
Key requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or another related discipline.
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in community relations, resettlement support, stakeholder engagement, field documentation, project coordination, or related technical support work.
- Experience in database management, validation-monitoring, basic statistics reporting, technical records management, and documentation is preferred.
- Experience working with local communities, government units, landowners, project-affected stakeholders, mining, infrastructure, construction, or development projects is an advantage.
- Strong documentation, report writing, records management, coordination, interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills for engaging community members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD, mapping tools, or other technical software as an advantage; able to conduct fieldwork, handle sensitive stakeholder concerns professionally, and work in
culturally diverse or conflict-sensitive environments.
