The ICT Support Specialist shall provide computing support on enterprise grade ICT environment, communications support, and ERP systems support to all employees and consultants in all SMI offices or facilities. This role is accountable for the maintenance and updates of all ICT asset registers and renewal for the essential ICT upgrades and maintenance.
This is a regular employment based in Polomolok, South Cotabato and will directly report to the ICT Supervisor.
Specific Personal Accountabilities:
Sustainable Development Practices – Ensures compliance with the Project's safety and environmental-friendly standards and systems within own area of responsibility to positively contribute on nurturing the organization’s sustainable development culture and compliance to ISO 140001. Acts as secondary Team SD representative to carry out necessary SD actions and follow-ups.
Safety- Ensures a safe work environment is afforded to the team and in the area of responsibility.
Environment- Ensures area of responsibility does not contribute any environment incident. Ensures minimal consumption of resources in the day-to- day operations of ICT.
ICT Services – Provides technical analysis, implements, innovates, and supports the day-to-day operations of SMI IT Core systems and servers (excluding Cloud and outsourced services).
Reporting and Documentation – Assists in cost management within own area of responsibility and ensures budget objectives are achieved.
