This role is responsible for overseeing the compliance of the company to best practices in security policies, procedures, and relevant laws, including that of security contractors.

Working under the Operations Section of the Corporate Security Department, the role is also expected to conduct systems audits, deliver training to enhance security compliance and awareness; and undertake investigations, intelligence gathering, and liaising with the uniformed services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sustainable Development Practices – Adherence to the company SD policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Security Compliance and Training Review, design, and implement security systems, strategies, and procedures and cascade to staff and contractors.
  • Reports Compliance Regular and timely submission of required reports to include implementation and monitoring of milestones and KPIs.
  • Cost Management -  Ensure cost management of activities are within the budget framework and compliant with the Company’s business plan.

 Key requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Five (5) years of experience in private security operations in a supervisory and or managerial capacity
  • Experience in the police/military service is preferred
  • Certified Security Professional (CSP) is preferred
  • Certification to any security-related organizations (e.g. American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and others is an advantage.
  • Proficient in operating MS Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly English
